Sage Leaf Studio uses three principles to achieve eco-friendly and sustainable standards: using eco-friendly materials whenever possible, giving 10% of profits to organizations working to preserve the natural world, and raising awareness in the art community. If there is a piece of artwork you know of, or there is a size or format you want (such as canvas, metal, or other mount) that is not offered in the Shop, send us a message via the Contact page and we will work to create the option for you.

Yes! I love doing custom pieces! Custom art is special because it's a unique masterpiece just for you or a loved one. Custom art is often of a special memory or a beloved furry family member living or passed. I feel honored to be a part of memorializing this important part of your life. Therefore, I take commissioned artworks very seriously. The composition and every color and stroke I use are chosen with care. This makes the final art piece a treasure that lasts forever.

Commissions start at $150 for a 5x7 inch painting and scale with size.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand shipping, each order is printed individually and shipped to you. It usually takes 2-7 days to print an order and then 2-7 days for shipping. Please allow for 14 days to receive your order once it is placed.

**Please note that any concerns with your order must be reported to us within 72 hours of the package arriving.

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We accept returns or exchanges if the product you receive is damaged, incorrect, or the quality does not meet our store standards. We do require picture proof of the issue and will work with you closely to make it right. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

Cancellations are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any trouble with your order at hello@thesageleafstudio.com.

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need an order sooner, please send us an email at hello@thesageleafstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The Sage Leaf Studio is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item. However, we do have good relationships with our shipping partners. If your item does not arrive on time, please reach out to us and we will do whatever we can to help get you your item.

The price you paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. Please keep your eye on our newsletter for future discounts.

If a your order is returned to sender for ANY reason, you will be responsible for paying reshipping costs.

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance at hello@thesageleafstudio.com
