Orders with only stickers will not be shipped with tracking. We use USPS stamps on simple letter envelopes to keep costs down and more of your donation going to National Parks. We ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes.

It usually takes 2-7 days to prepare an order and then 2-7 days for shipping. Please allow for 14 days to receive your order once it is placed.

DELIVERY:

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

RETURNS:

Stickers are made to order in your chosen size therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event your puzzle arrives damaged or the quality is not as expected, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please take a photo of the damage or imperfection, including the packaging and email it to us within the 30 days, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
